Galit Oren

Galit Oren is a resident of Tel Aviv. Galit received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, specializing in organizational behavior. She worked as a facilitator at the Adam Institute for Democracy and Peace from 1991 to 1996, working in a variety of programs in schools, facilitator courses and international conferences in Israel and abroad. She also contributed to the writing of facilitation manuals.

Today, Galit works as a Senior Organizational Consultant and Director of Organizational Development at "Dialogue”, affiliate of AMN Consultants. She assists many organizations, including NGOs, in the fields of development and planning of structural change and professional development of management. Galit is a member of the Board of Directors of the Adam Institute for Democracy and Peace since 1996 and heads its Organization and Finance Committee.
