July 99 – present Council of Europe, Strasbourg, France. Administrator in the Division for Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education. Responsible for the organisation of conferences, seminars, policy development meetings. Monitoring the production of research documents, strategy papers, and manuals. Responsible for the administration of the Council of Europe cooperation with the Russian Federation in the field of Education for Democratic Citizenship.

May 98 -- June 99 Competitiveness and Productivity Centre, Chisinau, Moldova. Training expert-coordinator. Responsible for the implementation of the local training module under the World Bank Private Sector Development Project in Moldova (PSD II, Marshall Plan program for Moldova). Designing the local training module for the private sector administrators and employees, recruiting trainers and participants, monitoring the implementation of the training program, consulting companies on the development of in-service training programs.

Sept 96 – May 98 Agency for Enterprise Restructuring and Assistance ARIA, Chisinau, Moldova. Training expert-coordinator. Responsible for the organisation of training programs for managers of the enterprises under restructuring under the World Bank First Private Sector Development project for Moldova.

June 94 – Sept 95 International Monetary Fund, IMF Office in the Republic of Moldova, Chisinau, Administrative Assistant and – since June 1995 – Officer. Responsible for overall office management and administration of the IMF Mission’s official visits to Moldova. Act in place of the Resident Representative during his absence on coordination of information exchange between IMF HQ and Moldova authorities. Interpretation Romanian/Russian/English/French.

June 94 International Foundation for Electoral Systems, Office in the Republic of Moldova, Chisinau, Interpreter/Assistant. Interpretation in the working group for NGOs at the conference on "New democracies”, and assistance in the preparation of the conference "Local Self-Administration Mechanisms in a Decentralised State”.

May 93 – June 94 United Nations Development Program, UNDP Office in the Republic of Moldova, Chisinau, Program Assistant. International program/project implementation, identification of local consultants to carry out development support missions in the country, collection of information on development activities and drafting reports on these issues as required. Participated at the regional meeting of the UN Representatives in Moldova, Ukraine, Russia and Belarus on Development Coordination (May 1994, Kiev, Ukraine) and at the monthly information meetings of donor countries’ representatives in Chisinau, Moldova.
